Jeremy was prompt to respond to my request and fixed everything to our satisfaction quickly. Our water heater needed some repiping and I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself. I would definitely hire again if in need of services.

Jeremy did an excellent job for me. The condo association that I belong to had numerous maintenance issues, including emergency exit doors that were not working. Jeremy repaired everything and gave us a fair price. I would most definitely work with him again.

Jereamy has come by several times to help me with home improvement projects. He is always on time and upfront about what is needed and what it will cost. If you are need of a handyman I highly recommend giving jereamy a call, you will not be disappointed.

Jeremy Hopkins is not licensed for this work and almost killed my sprinkler installer. I should have known he wasn't capable of this work from the initial discussions. The scope of work was to install a relay, two electrical boxes and tie in the controller. He left a live wire not connected to one of the exterior electrical boxes and after troubleshooting it at the panel my sprinkler installer had it pop in his face at the panel. Did not get a response from Jeremy when I asked for a refund. He is not capable as an electrician and I would question his general abilities at other simple tasks. DO NOT HIRE.

Jeremy and his wife seem to be a nice couple trying to start a business. They performed the work listed and I cancelled additional work due to the quality of the work they performed. My wife would not allow him to return. While the items installed worked, the aesthetics were a lot less than desirable. We bought in a higher end neighborhood and wanted a much more professional service performed. As I stated to Jeremy, he "is not ready for prime time". If you do not care about aesthetics, then he may be for you. However, I compared his prices and in my opinion he is charging too much vs the quality of work performed. I wish Jeremy and his wife the best. I feel he needs to get more training and he may make a high quality repairman in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Fix it. Jeremey has come out the same day as when I called him. Several of the items that needed attention were quite challenging and he was able to come up with creative solutions. He is also realistic about what he can and can not do and will tell you upfront if something is out of his scope.

Wow - had a ceiling fan fall down in spare bedroom - Builder had jicky jacked it to hang the fan when house was built by using scrap wood against a beam and screws were barely in the scrap wood. Could not figure out how to fix this after 3 hours of trying. Google search lead me to Jeremy and I reached out to him at 6:00 pm at night - he asked that i take pictures and send them to him and he would get back to me once he was done with the guest he was at right then. 1 hour later he calls me and says no problem - but he had another stop still tonight but offers to come after that but said it would be late - I did not care because my wife had family coming this weekend and she wanted it done. He arrived at 9:45 pm and worked till completed, did not complain did nothing but show me what he was going to do before he did it and away he worked. Good as new and can't tell it ever fell. Highly recommend Jeremy and will use him on future projects.

Jeremy was very responsive, well prepared and prompt. Although a small job, he treated as a very important job and completed in a very professional manner . The final outcome was terrific. We will definitely call on him again.!

Jeremy was awesome! He let me know right up front what the prices would be to do the work. He is very honest, and I will ABSOLUTELY utilize his service again. He did such a great job on my Laptop, I'll probably have him do other things he advertises! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have repairs, but are afraid to get ripped off by others, who say one thing and do another.

These jobs sound realitively simple but because of the way they had been done by others and because all our cabinets were just installed and not always adapted to installing the items; James had to improvise a great deal. He and his wife to be make a perfect fixer and assistant. Everything was done well and cleaned up and they left with "Any problems we'll be right back." I will definately call them first to see if they can handle any future problems before I hirer someone else.

Jeremy asked for photos related to the jobs to be done so he could provide an accurate price estimate; Quoted price was reasonable, scheduling was easy, and he communicated well to let me know when he would arrive. Once there, the work was done carefully, professionally and quickly. I was charged the price that had been quoted, despite a minor complication with the smart thermostat that Jeremy had to troubleshoot and resolve. Very satisfactory work, no mess left behind, good price; I highly recommend this business, and would hire again.

We were first-time customers of Mr Fix All's service and I have to say it was the best handyman experience I've ever had. Jeremy was totally reliable, went above and beyond the call in explaining what he recommended and pricing it out. He was very accommodating, even communicating at night to nail down details of the job to be sure all expectations were properly set. Very pleased with his work and have more teed up for him to do...can't beat the fact either that he has extensive computer experience as well, very knowledgeable in that area. I was looking on google for someone to do a simple cabinet hang. I had the cabinets but i had no idea how to hang them or even a piece of the equipment needed. I called the first number i found with a good review, and the call was not only answered first time but also the man was available within a few hours. He showed up with his assistant and hung the cabinets. Not only did he hang them quickly but carefully making sure they would never have issues and secured them nicely to the wall. It was after meeting Jeremy the handyman that I decided to ask about some other home projects i needed help with. To my surprise he knew about everything I needed and was willing to put me on his schedule right away. He began that same week installing my TV on a mount hiding the wires behind the wall, then moved to my bedroom and installed beautiful shiplap wood on my walls and ceiling. Even though several issues with my walls and ceiling arised after he uncovered them, he went out of his way to assure they were not only repaired but done well. He ended up doing several drywall repairs and ceiling repairs that made my room complete before the original shiplap idea i had. Not only did he do the work promptly but politely as well. He has been such a blessing to my family right when we needed him. Its been a few years that I’ve worked with contractors and handymen but none have been this awesome, and whats even better is that not only am i proud to say he is the best handyman to have on speed dial but also a family friend that we’ve really come to appreciate, even getting to meet his fiance who was willing to help he with some projects we’ve had. We are grateful we know Mrfixall, and even more grateful for the work he does even when he has to go out of his way to do it. I have not been the easiest client im sure, especially when it comes to knowing what I want and being prepared, but it has never mattered to him, and he has even taken time to help me figure things out. He is truly the best helping hand to add to any family, or business. I was having issues with my computer being infested with viruses so I called Mr Fix All and he was able to backup my files and repair my computer all in the same day to get me back to my school work fast, I had an final exam the next day and he made sure i did not miss it. After I got my computer back it was faster and worked better than ever before. When I got the computer back he worked with me to make sure it was setup for me and I was ready to go! Overall I would say he knows his stuff and I would call him again if any further needs arise
