Update 5/10/24 Mr Appliance to the rescue!! Thank you for quickly get us on the schedule for my appliance repair heading into the weekend. Appreciate your honest opinion and advice on how to move forward with the repair of my washing machine. Would highly recommend if anyone is ever in need to give Mr Appliance a call ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love everything about this company from the customer service to the technicians.. I would highly recommend calling this company if you are ever in need of appliance repair. Great customer service knowledgeable technicians and Reasonable prices Technician Devon has been the technician that has service our area for years. We have had him out for multiple appliance issues and he is always professional, punctual and personable. I feel that I can trust his recommendations on either repairs or replacements. Good help is hard to find and hopefully Devon is with Mr Appliance for a long time.

I called the company and had Devon arrive a couple of hours later. He knew what the issue was, ordered the parts and quickly installed them a few days later. The service was very professional. The customer relations system kept us updated throughout, which was nice. I hope to not need them again, but I will call them if I do.

First time using Mr Appliance and a great experience. After failing to get a reply or a person to talk to me at my previous appliance repair, I saw Mr Appliance online. When I called in I caught to talk to a real person and they immediately scheduled a repair later the same day. Devon showed up in the time slot I was given and was able to diagnose the problem. He also provided sensible suggestions to help us protect our appliances as we are seasonal visitors. The day of the repair, again great communication from the company and the problems are repaired. Also our stove since we purchased it had a fan that was making a noise. Devon came up with a simple fix and the stove fan is silent the way it should have being. Thank you Devon
