Mike's Premier Landscape Service decided to go on some sort of schedule and charges every two weeks. He wasn't doing what he was supposed to be doing, but we were still charged full price. So I cancelled the service. His referrals went nowhere, for sprinklers and things like that. They were just outrageously priced. When I called his wife who does the books and billing, I said that I would like to work half time and get paid full time - and she laughed. So I said, that's why we're cancelling him.
