"Cleaned member's house on 4/19/04. Immediately after cleaning team left, member called w/concerns. Quality Control Supervisor & Asst. Manager were sent out to take care of concerns. While there we verified & corrected complaints & thoroughly checked home to make sure there were no other things missed or not done properly. When we finished we asked member to walk thru home to make sure he was satisfied. He refused. We have a 24 hr. satisfaction guarantee meaning we need to be made aware of a problem within 24 hrs. following the cleaning. This policy is on all service agreements, which member signed. Member did not contact us until 4/23/04, 4 days after initial cleaning. At that time we explained to her that we had already gone out & fixed her husband's concerns & that he refused to walk thru the home w/us to insure his satisfaction.When she called her only concern was she was expecting us to remove & wash blinds. We explained removing blinds is not part of service & that we simply dust."
