 + -1 moreThey did an ok job. I recently moved to a new home, and they wanted to charge me double the price for a house that is half the size of my last one. I decided not to use them again.

 + -1 moreThe cleaning Merry Maids does is outstanding. I have been using them since 2002 and have never had a service or a single cleaning woman do as good a job as they. There isn't a speck of dust on electrical/phone connections behind beds or tables, as an example. They have the key to my house so I certainly have complete trust in them. Usually I have two or three of the same people arrive, but sometimes there is someone I don't know. I take my animals (3 dogs) to the groomers on the day they are to come as I usually am not at home and it would be too difficult for them to clean around the three dogs. When I have a change of schedule, they are very flexible and so far have always accommodated me. Although they can't be specific on time, they do give a three hour window on arrival time and can give you a morning or an afternoon slot. I recommend Merry Maids of Tarpon Springs with no hesitation.
Description of Work: Merry Maids cleans my home every other week. They clean the entire house, top to bottom (top of valances, ceiling fans, inside microwave, etc.) and then each time they come they spend extra time on two rooms. My home is approximately 2600 square feet.

 + -1 moreIT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CLEANING SERVICE. IT WAS SO BAD AND WE ARE SO CONCERNED THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RIP OFF OTHER PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL AS EIGHT ON YOUR SIDE TO SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TO EXPOSE THEIR CONDUCT.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM CLEAN OUR HOME AND THEY REQUIRED US TO GIVE THEM OUR BANK CARD NUMBER BEFORE THEY CLEANED. THEY MADE CERTAIN REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE EXTENSIVE CLEANING THEY WOULD DO, HENCE THE LARGE CHARGE, HOWEVER THEY CHARGED OUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THEY CLEANED AND THEN DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY PROMISED TO PROVIDE. WHEN CONTACTED THEY REFUSED TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM.
