 + -1 moreVery professional and knowledgeable. I have tried many other companies over the yrs. and Landmark Services is by far the Best I have ever had. Great customer service. Pat made my yard look beautiful. I would highly recommend Landmark Services.

 + -1 moreWorst lawn service I have every hired. Landmark could not keep brand new sod green or bug free. When landmark would show up they would walk the property barely spraying anything spot treating infected areas verse treated it from the beginning. They never fertilized the lawn or treated for bugs unless the lawn showed issues. After calling the owner numerous times to speak about the poor performance they responded with confrontational push back. They miscalculated the individual they were speaking with as I pushed back even harder and was more then willing to settle the scam they are trying to run on me face to face. Unprofessional, underwhelming performance with zero accountability are the best adjectives to describe the service provided by landmark service llc.
Description of Work: I used landmark service to treat my grass and shrubs for approximately one year. I did some hardscaping in the backyard of my property and as a result had to resod my lawn. Given the 9 pallets of new grass I wanted to make sure i used a lawn service to keep it fertilized and bug free. As time went by and the lawn needed weed control landmark refused to apply anything resulting on side of my lawn overtaken by weeds while my front lawn was slowly destroyed by chinch bugs. When i tried to call speak to the owner about the poor results all he tried to do explain off his poor performance without any personal accountability or solutions.

 + -1 moreBy June 2009 we received three notices from the Homeowners Assn. regarding the deterioration of our lawn. Additionally our topiary tree was dying. The owners of Landmark Services, LLC paid too little attention too late to save either our lawn or tree. When they realized they couldn't bring either back to life, they suggested we "follow up with another lawn care company." We have 'before' pictures of our lawn and tree at the time we enlisted the lawn service of Landmark Services, LLC in 2008 and 'after' pictures a year later when the damage was extensive.
Description of Work: From 06/05/08 through 07/15/09 Landmark Services, LLC was the sole caretaker of our lawn fertilization and treatment.
