First their initial response was almost immediate. Appointment set and met on time as expected. Bill Howard was very nice, professional, told us exactly what he was doing. The set up (on three floors) was quick, straightforward, no fuss, no muss. Mr. Howard was honest as to what might not work for some stains, which we knew might happen. Our carpets look 100% better even though they are light colored and over 10 years old. If you want quick, professional, and no hassle, call Howards Carpet Cleaning.
