President of a large complex they have been servicing most of our owners
and also installing new units. If buying new, get other prices
first...you will not beat Hoffmans AC.

We have worked with Hoffman before and called them back because of our previous good experience.  In addition to the annual checkup for our heating/air condition system, we wanted to modify the ductwork in the house to correct some areas that weren't well served.  From the initial call to their office through completion of the work we found Hoffman to be prompt, professional, polite and efficient.  All work was completed in a two hour visit.  The Hoffman representative (who had been at our house previously) clearly explained our options and got right to work.

Everything checked out just fine.  The technician, Sean, was great!  I will continue to use them again.

I find them dependable, honest, and timely.  The people who have come out here I've felt have been very honest and don't try to charge you with something that you don't need.

Just bought the home where the heating and air conditioning system had been severely neglected. I received a prompt response with my initial contact resulting in a clear and concise service quote which was accepted. My home heating and air conditioning system works as if it were new.

We have used Hoffman's several times over the last few years. They are always professional, honest and punctual. They always do a great job!!

Technicians were prompt and professional and price reasonable.

We noticed the AC was off last night at 9 PM. Since the thermostat was dead, and there was not a battery needed for this one, we figured it may be a bad thermostat so we went to Lowes and got one before 10 PM when they closed. We installed it but it still did not work. Since it was cool enough last night, we slept without the AC.
In the morning, I climbed up in the atic in the garage and found the problem. The pan was full and the safety tripped the AC off. I called Hoffman at 7:45 AM after finding them on Angie's List and left a VM. They called me back by 8 AM and said they would send someone between 1 and 4. I asked that they call me before they arrive to be sure I'm expecting them.
He called at 2:30, 10 minutes before he arrived. Jon arrived and was very polite and professional. He listened to my story with everything that had occured and what I had done.
We first looked at the the Thermostat and he helped me correct the programming error we made after reading the instructions. Next he cleared the drain line which was clogged. He then fixed the drain outside where it was not properly set up to block air from getting back in. Finally he fixed a possible drain issue by the handler where we had seen a drip happening.
The bill was exactly what I had expected. It took less time than I expected. He showed up when I expected. The AC is working as expected and it is in the upper 80s outside now.

Received a couple of quotes and decided to go with Hoffman's due to reputation and quote.  Work was done in a timely manner, they were very professional and thorough.  Recommended them to others and they called us later to thank us for passing on their name.

They have been wonderful! It is a family operated business and they don't do sales calls. When you are dealing with the company, you are working with the owner and his son instead of an estimater or a third party. They do not have high pressure sales. If something can be repaired, they repair it instead of trying to install something new. They keep their customes budget in mind and the prices are very fair. I had four estimates and Hoffman's was the most fair, reasonable, and easy to work with out of all the companies. They do not have after hours services and you have to leave a message. Sometimes you have to call during normal business hours for a followup on your message, but when they are open, they are very responsive and get back to you quickly. I have been very happy with their services.

Noticed int he morning the refrigerator was not working.  Made the call.  He was there within the hour and fixed the problem on the initial visit.

They came on time were professional and courteous,  were clean and neat in there work appearance and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for nicer work ethics than that.

I am happy with his work. He is very good, and is a wonderful man. A friend recommended him to me.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. WE FELT THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE WITH CARE. BOTH UNITS WERE PUT IN AT THE TIME ESTIMATED. WE FELT THE JOB SITE WAS CLEANED UP PRIOR TO LEAVING. ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD AFTER THE INSTALLATIONS WERE ANSWERED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE OWNER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AS WELL AS HIS HELP.
