He worked on our carpets as though they were his own. We had some spots that others could not clean, and Alberto got them clean. He also does other home services, including pressure washing and gutter cleaning, and we intend to ask him to do these for us as well. If you need your carpets cleaned - this is the person to call.

They were absolutely perfect. They were there the next day. They did a fabulous job. It turned out beautiful.

After searching the web for carpet cleaning vendors in my area, I located High Steam Carpeting cleaning. I noticed they had a reference to Angie's List so I logged on to look for reviews. I didn't find any, but there were three other web reviews that were positive so I decided to give them a try. I contacted Alberto by phone and asked what steps he would perform in cleaning my carpets and what his price would be. He gave me a quote of $75, with the customary disclaimers regarding extra charges for bad stains or extras like Scotchguard. He explained he performs the full multi-step process including moving small items, pre-treating high traffic areas, vacuuming, nap lifting and steam cleaning with a truck mounted system. I asked when he could do it and he gave me three choices in the next three days. I chose Friday at 4:00 PM.
Alberto arrived on time and ready to go. He inspected the carpets and asked me what areas I was concerned about.. I pointed out the problem areas and he went to work. First removing the some small red soft drink stains then, vacuuming and pre-treating. He spent a lot of time on my carpets completing each task in turn as promised. He even cleaned a small area rug at no charge. When it came time to pay his price was $75 as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with the job Alberto and High Steam did for me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
