About us
Reff CNC & Woodworking is a family owned custom CNC shop specializing in all types of wood, plastics, vinyls and light metals carving and precision cutting. Started in 2018 with a smaller cnc and then upgrading to a larger machine soon after. I spent countless hours understanding and mastering CAD software like Vectric Aspire and Mach 4. I truly have a passion for this type of wood carving and work tirelessly to ensure that the project I am working on is perfect, and at the standards that you would expect. I will work closely with the you on designing and offering a visual image of the 3D design to inspect prior to the final cut at no additional costs.

It continued like this for a while. He was non-stop harassing his assistant the entire time. I was in the living room and all i kept hearing the entire time was "Hey!!! listen, just because i'm not with you all the time doesn't mean you can do whatever you want when i'm not around. You have to do it right. You hear me? You have to do it right!" Sounds great, but hearing this yelled at someone all day in a condescending tone gets old fast. It literally was nonstop commentary the entire time.
I have to admit, this guy knows how to paint though. He's fast, clean, precise, and was in and out in a few hours. It would have taken me 2 days to get that room done. He did an impeccable job. And he put everything back exactly as it was. The price was definitely high compared to other places but he really knows his stuff and is worth the money.
Will i hire him again? Probably. It all depends on whether or not i'm in the mood to hear him nag his assistant all day. In my world, that sort of "correction" is best done in private or in a whisper. Not loudly and repeatedly in front of customers. And you should never insult the home of clients, EVER, no matter how small or constructive the criticism. Maybe if i had asked what he thought. But now i'm just paranoid about how everything else looks.
