So far so good!
Caesar came and gave me an estimate on Sat then came on Monday to cut the lawn. He agreed to charge by the cut. I hired him and hope we will have a very long business relationship. I have never had a lawn guy that I didn't have to go out and close the gate to the backyard after they left. I was impressed that they did and I didn't have to tell them.I am very pleased!
