Richard came out at the time and day we had agreed on. He is very pleasant, professional and dedicated. I was quoted $49.00 for a regular cleaning and more if he found problems or the job was more than that. As it turned out he had to clean the vent from the roof down and then the floor up. He was thorough and gave me the lint that had been clogging the vent. It was 2 inches thick and there was more building up on the sides. No wonder my clothes weren't drying!! He charged me more due to the extensive work he had to perform which was well worth it to me. I just bought the home and who knows when was the last time it had been cleaned. THANK YOU RICHARD!!!!!! I'll be calling on him for annual cleaning.

I called Richard because my brand new dryer wasnt drying my clothes. He came out the very next day and really worked with my crazy schedule. He was very thorough and kept me well informed of what he was doing. He even offered to call me for my yearly service. He was very pleasant to work with.
