Everything went fine. We are delighted with the shutters. They give a super look to the whole house. There are some smaller windows in places like the laundry room where we used faux wood blinds instead of shutters and Jim was able to provide blinds that matched the shutters. so we kept the look but always kept the price down somewhat. The shutters and blinds were installed eight months ago and still look as good as day 1.

He does a wonderful job. If there are any problems he will come back and fix it right away. He was able to put wood blinds in a window that was curved at the top of the window, which is a hard task.
