He's very trustworthy and ethical, he even has keys to my condo because I trust him so much. He's always on time an does exactly what he says hes going to do, Erik is a pleasure to work with. I just can't say enough good about him. He's great under pressure with a deadline as well.

The project went smoothly and was on time and budget. Every individual who worked on this project was very professional and seemed to genuinely care about the work they were doing and how it was performed. Each step was explained thoroughly and done to specs. Loose ends are Whenever there was a potential issue or another way of doing a portion of the project, that was explained. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and will hire them again for our next project!

The construction went well. In spite of the scope of the work we were able to live in the condo during the entire project.

Cannot say enough regarding Eric and his crew. Creekside Contruction was punctual on their first appt, pricing was very competitive, their work was chugging quality and clean, and they finished ahead of schedule. The bar has been raised for all other GC’s out there! Would definitely call Creekside again.

Excellent work done fast and with a good price.  I found absolutely nothing wrong with the work they did.

Justin is polite,punctual, and very neat....his work looks impeccable and so far we are very happy with his company....

Our exterior wall to our florida room needed replacement along with the fascia board. Justin from LCB construction came by and gave us an estimate of $1000.00. The following week he began the job. After seeing the type of work he performed we ask him to do additional work so the final cost was $1500.00. Justin was prompt and very hard working. He began early and worked into the early evening. If we need any other work to be done, he will be the one to perform it.

Professional from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and suggested various options with me concerning installing the TV into an existing opening in a custom wall unit. They were not satisfied until the fit and finish were perfect. These are two extremely clean cut and courteous guys that obviously have a lot of experience and give a great deal of attention to detail. They alerted me to an extremely slight separation in one of the seams of our recently installed granite countertops and suggested the cause so I could talk knowledgeably to the installer. The job was scheduled at soon as I accepted the quote, and they arrived on time and cleaned up completely. We talked about some other projects we would like to schedule in the future including an outdoor fireplace and they left me confident that there is no job too large for them. I received other quotes for this same job and LCB was about the same as the others, but I liked their professionalism and interest in making sure I would be happy with the results.
