I called this morning concerning a tree that is on association property that is dead and leaning toward my home. I had called one other time about this dead tree and never received a response. If we receive a good windstrom this tree will fall on my house. My first call I received a response from James that this was not a association problem. Per James, the tree was my problem. I have lived in my house for 15 years and the association has taken care of this area until this management company took over. I complained about the high weeds and uncut bushes in front of my property and this has fallen on death ears. I placed a second call and Jim answered again saying he knew nothing of my previous call of the day. While he was pulling my file, he dropped files and yelled "son of a b****" on the phone. This is one professional management company!
