They were absolutely fantastic. They were half the price of other companies. She was in and out of here in less than an hour. Very beautiful work and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I would probably have them come next year to replace other blinds in my house.

Roxana Rotaru arrived promptly and brought many samples.  She spent a lot of time with me to insure Budget Blinds could deliver exactly what I wanted.  She also scheduled an appointment with a gentleman who came out to discuss the installation in detail because of the way my sliding glass doors are configured.  He took the time to explain everything and sold me on the spot.  
I was made aware up front that the blinds would take approximately 10 weeks to arrive.  A date was set for the install.  I received a call from the installer asking if he could arrive a little earlier than the time scheduled which was fine.  I can not say enough good things about the gentleman and his co-worker who did the installation.  They were neat, friendly, careful when bringing in the shutters, and very meticulous about the installation with 33 years of experience.  I was totally delighted as I have rarely received this type of service from the "big box" stores.  I am a very happy customer and recommend Budget Blinds of Tarpon Springs.
