I was expecting a call within a day or two after the request but Albert was fast and very professional.  After the on-site survey to determine location and needs, next day the installer came in and was very professional and courteous.  Explained thoroughly what was being installed and what to expect.

Will recommend anytime Albert's Services.

There's nothing more to say about George accept to add to the positive reviews already provided. He was very flexible, professional, and clean with the installation. He first inspected our current system that came with the house, and gave us a recommendation of what we would need based on the size of our family. I also did my own research and came up with the same conclusion. So, he wasn't trying to sell me something that was not needed.

Fine. He couldn't check out the softener because it was a Sears product

Installer was on time, installation was flawless and neat. George took the time to explain the system thoroughly and called the following day to ask if we were happy. Service doesn't get any better!

If I would have known that the company doesn't go into as much detail when servicing a Sears brand, I would not have bought the deal. He said that if it needed parts, they would have to bought at Sears.

Recently purchased our home and the water softener was already installed.  We wanted to determine the unit was working properly so we contacted Albert Soft Water Service.  The owner, (George) was punctual, professional and provided very good service.  Checked our unit, water condition and pressure in the house and made some minor adjustments.  No hard sell - advised that our machine was okay at this time.  When it comes time to replace unit we will call George and give him the opportunity to quote us a unit and price.  We would highly recommend  George and Albert Soft Water Service.
