I was referred to Yensu by Mr. Rogers Appliances. Apparently they are sister companies. Yensu has a clean showroom. They had a fridge of the right dimensions. It was clean and it worked. Delivery was casually scheduled. I could not get a confirmed time, just a day. Calling their office yielded a secretary or relative who spoke broken English; communication suffered. But the fridge was eventually delivered on the designated day. My dead fridge was removed, the new one installed. A basic level of service.
