We shopped extensively for price, quality, and service and this locally owned company outperformed every other store. The sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely patient. No pressure at all. Installers were very experienced and did a great job. Very happy with our purchase and overall experience.

They were great. I asked them to do a customized job; they did it extremely well; on time; for the price quoted. I had a minor problem with one of the rugs wrinkling after installation and they came back and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend them.

They are very good. The cost of the last service was around $300 or $400 which seemed like a good price. They seem efficient. We have used them even before we had Angie's List and they have always done a good job. I know that sometimes repairing floors is not cheap but their price was good for what they did.

My carpet was old and they came in and put in new carpet in the living room after a flood. They are a very family oriented company, they're very nice. When we used them, quite a few years ago, very very nice, it was the owner and his sons. They did a perfectionist job. They were very adamant about making sure everything was just right. They knew we were under distress because of the flood. They were very professional and very punctual. They made it like a new house. They are very honest people.

I had a 1' x 1' hole in my carpet where I cut out because of a pet...using spare carpet I had for the install 6 years ago, the service person fixed my carpet, pad and tack strip to look new and couldn't notice where the patch was...amazing and professional work!!!

Overall the experience was very good. We did a lower budget install knowing that in the future we are likely to replace it with hardwood flooring. When it comes time to upgrade it is unlikely that we'll do much shopping around and just go back to Wolfe instead. We had a minor issue with patches in one room that was a miscommunication between the company and us. When I described what I thought our agreement was, they agreed to fix the problem with no additional charge. Very professional. Very honest. Very quality. We're very happy.

It was a great experience! I requested a more conservative approach because the rug had never been cleaned before and I didn't know if the colors would bleed. The representative from very knowledgeable, efficient, creative and performed exactly to my expectations.

After they were finished they said it cost them more than what they expected on the contract. They said they miscalculated and said I had to pay an extra $500. When the payment was due the owner came out and explained this and I felt I was pushed into a corner. I probably shouldn't have paid them since I had a contract but they did a good job and since they did the work I paid them.

Everything was just fine. Mr. Wolfe came out and did the estimate. He worked really hard for two days to get it done. I could not be more pleased and I have recommended them to many people.

It went good. The price was right. There was a couple things that changed in the process, but overall it was very good. They came on a Friday and they couldn't finish it in one day, so they came back on Saturday to finish it. I was very pleased with the way they accommodated to my schedule.

They were really excellent! I trust them with any kind of carpet job!

They are very responsive and they did a very fine job. They came when they said they would and came on time.

Christian was very pleasant to work with. He arrived right on time and was courteous and efficient. Our whole experience with the company was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

I was given what I thought was a fairly decent price for the job described above. My first impression of the business was that they were very professional. However, the two things that disturbed me the most were: (1) The dust was unbearable. Everything had to be washed or dry cleaned. In retrospect, I suppose they should have been put in the POD. Even though we had taken most of the small items to other rooms downstairs. We were told later that the two men who arrived there are usually four. I was told had to spend much more time than normal to remove the furniture to the POD. Would I consider paying some extra. I refused. (2) The cost of the project was escalated by an additional $600 due to a threshold being compromised at the bathroom entrance tile. When the carpet was removed in the hallway, costing me an additional $319.50 for that repair and additional molding. Plus, the air conditioner compressor/ducts had to be cleaned to the tune of another $300.

Excellent; can't say enough good about these guys. Their work is beautiful. Mr Wolfe helped me pick carpet and he was very knowledgeable and polite. James, who replaced the Bannister and put in oak risers, does beautiful work and is very creative. The carpet installers were very excellent too- always on time, polite, clean etc. They have worked for the company for years. I could not be more pleased with my choice of this company. Even the office staff or whoever answers the phone is great- they call you back, don't put you on hold, friendly- they are more expensive than other places (although not a lot it seemed) but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Our scarred, frayed wood floor is now beautiful -- it glows! Wolfe Flooring went well beyond expectations to give us good service. They scoured the city to find boards to match our floor and replaced and refinished the wood to where we can't tell which boards are new and which are 60 years old. Even though the new boards cost more than anticipated, they only charged us the original estimate price. The workers were polite and diligent, even tiptoeing around the house and speaking in whispers while our baby was napping.

MAKING THE APPOINTMENT WAS EASY WITH A GREAT RESPONSE TIME ON THE RETURN PHONE CALL. NO EVENING OR WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS, WHICH IS A PAIN FOR FULL TIME WORKERS. TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARRIVED ON TIME.

AFTER AN INITIAL CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE LARRY CAME TO MY HOME WITH SAMPLES, TOOK MEASUREMENTS AND GAVE ME A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF THE COST. HE FAXED OVER A MORE DETAILED PROPOSAL THAT SPELLED OUT ALL THE DETAILS. THE INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME AND MOVED ALL LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE. THEY WERE POLITE AND DID A FABULOUS JOB! IT LOOKED WONDERFUL WHEN DONE. LARRY WAS IN CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WHEN ARRANGING THE DAY AND TIME.

JAMES, A SUBCONTRACTOR FOR THE WORK, LEFT HIS WORK AREA EACH DAY IN A REMARKABLLY CLEAN CONDITION, WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO DO CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF DUST CREATED BY THE WORK. LARRY WOLFE WILL GO THE DISTANCE TO SATISFY HIS CUSTOMERS.

WORKED WITH US TO GET EXACT TILE (COLOR AND SHADING DESIRED) VERY WELL! HAD TO DO OUR OWN REMOVAL OF OLD FLOORING DUE TO ASBESTOS-THEY ONLY DISCOUNTED $100 - HINT RENT A POWER CHISEL, WE LEARNED TOO LATE.

DEAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE DUE TO PRIOR WORKERS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY MESSED UP ON MY TILE WORK, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK. DEAN DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
