 + -1 moreHe said the product has not come in and would call when the product arrived. Than he said the wrong product was delivered and he's waiting on the right product. He would not return any of my calls . Lost $800 for deposit- this has been going on for a month.
Description of Work: Flooring for kitchen , hall and bath.

 + -1 moreNot good at ALL!!!!! It's been almost 4 weeks and still have not heard from him.
Description of Work: He took a deposit for the work to purchase the carpet and never came back. Has not returned my calls!!

 + -1 moreAfter taking out the carpet he called his supplier and told me that, contrary to what he was told when he ordered the carpet, it was NOT available. After a week he stopped answering his telephone. I had to find his address through the internet. I hand-carried a letter to him. He promised to install the carpet within a week, saying he had it. No installation. I'm out my $600 deposit. After waiting 24 days I hired someone else to do the job.
Description of Work: Removed old carpet. He did not AS CONTRACTED install the new.
