He came once a week for about three weeks.  He was here less than an hour each time. He changed the bait; I think.  I'm not sure if I received my money's worth.

They were expensive! It cost $2,000 to get rid of the rats; they wanted $2600! They gave me a five year guarantee after I talked to them about it, because they only wanted to give me a one year guarantee. They did get rid of the rats.

He was a nice guy. I didn't go up there. He told me I had rats all over and nest. He came back five times. Every time he was late and he canceled a few times. He found 1 rat. I was not completely happy. He sent guys over to plug the holes and I came home and the guys had fishing lines out at my dock. I let him know and he thought it was funny. For the money I paid I wasn't happy.

I think overall it was OK. He only found one small snake but then talked to me for quite awhile about things that can be done to make sure the snakes don't get into the house. He talked about what attracts snakes to certain areas and other services they could provide. I was impressed with the detail and thoroughness of his suggestions.

The service person was very professional and did not harm the animals. He set up traps but encouraged the momma to take her babies out of the attic. She did that and I was very happy. He closed up all openings in my roof area and under the overhangs. I live in an area with lots of wildlife and they have not re-entered my attic. The service was great, but the price is high. I guess it is worth the cost. I did not want any of the animals hurt or poisoned and this was very important to me.

CHUCK FROM WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS CAME TO CHECK OUR HOUSE FOR ANY RAT/SQUIRREL ISSUES. (SINCE WE LIVE IN SOUTH TAMPA AND SEE RATS AROUND AT NIGHT, WE BECAME CONCERNED). HE CONFIRMED WE CURRENTLY DID NOT HAVE ISSUES BUT RECOMMENDED SOME CHANGES SO ANIMALS COULD NOT GET IN AND DID THE WORK TO COVER OPENINGS, ETC. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANIMAL BEHAVIOR AND HOW TO PROPERLY REMOVE THEM WITH LEAST AMOUNT OF EFFORT. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. THE MANAGER GAVE US A RATHER HARD SELL ON A PRODUCT THEY HAVE DEVELOPED, A BACTERIA THAT SUPPOSEDLY ELIMINATES THE WASTE MATERIAL OF THE RODENTS. THIS SERVICE WAS $800. WE CHOSE NOT TO DO IT, PARTICULARLY AFTER CALLING THE COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE WHO CONSULTED WITH A UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA EXPERT WHO ADVISED AGAINST IT. HE, ALONG WITH THE PUBLICATIONS AVAILABLE ON THE WEB FROM THE COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE, POINT OUT THAT THE ONLY WAY TO PREVENT RATS FROM GETTING IN YOUR HOUSE IS TO SEAL IT OFF COMPLETELY. WE ALSO FOUND THAT THE COMPANY DID NOT ALWAYS CALL WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE DID APPRECIATE EXTRA DAYS OF TRAPPING SINCE THE COMPANY DID NOT CLOSE OFF THE AC DUCT WORK WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.
