Webster Sprinklers

I called Webster Sprinkler Service on 10/17/08 and after returning my call and hearing my requests, (1. to repair two broken heads, 2. Check my system for coverage, and 3. Check for leaks) he came on 10/21/08. He repaired the heads with no problem. He reprogrammed my timer and adjusted the zones which were helpful. After looking at my system he informed me that he doesn't work on drop irrigation and referred me to another company. I was frustrated with paying a service fee to be told my system needed adjustments and that he doesn t do the work. I do appreciate the referral, but now I have to pay another service charge. My desire would have been to correct all of my issues in one company.

Rick came over very quickly. After doing some preliminary digging, he discovered that part of the underground irrigation system has cracked (probably from a truck running over the corner of my yard). He got out his shovel and tools and fixed the problem by replacing the broken parts. He also programmed the irrigation system for me and taught me how to do it myself if I ever need to.

Rick returned my call right away. He explained that he would be going out of town for the next few days. I told him that I was going to try to find someone that could come out sooner. Rick said that he would call when returning in case I had not found someone by then. He did just that and it was a good thing because the other company I had contacted had not reached me to schedule a time to repair my system. I'm VERY impressed with that act alone! Rick came right out and did the repairs. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very professional.

HE HAS DONE ALLOT OF WORK FOR ME OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HE IS AN EASY PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND IS VERY HONEST.
