Waterline was one of three seawall contractors recommended to us by a highly respected seawall consultant, who designed the seawall for us. We selected them because they had the lowest bid. Waterline took care of all the permitting, which was a process of several months. They adhered closely to the original plans, and took plenty of time to explain to us adjustments that had to be made because of unforeseen circumstances. Their workers had no qualms about working in the canal, which was full of slimy sediment that the government has neglected to dredge. We now have a concrete-capped seawall that looks good and should last 50+ years. In addition, we hired Waterline to replace a crooked old dock with a Trex one, which is also attractive and durable. I would highly recommend Waterline,

Pat, as well as Stiles and his crew plus Rick and his crew from Waterline were professional, positive, detailed, and dependable. They did a fantastic job! I received four estimates and they all came in around the same price (it was a very expensive project!) but I chose Waterline based on how thorough they were on explaining the process and the costs we could expect to pay. In addition to all the decking work, we also wanted a Trex Rain Escapes system put in so the boat would stay dry. They have done everything that was proposed and did not come back to us for any and quot;additionaland quot; unexpected costly items.

RAY CAME OUT AND HELPED US DESIGN A NEW DECK FOR OUR BACKYARD. WE HAVE A SMALL LOT IN SOUTH TAMPA SO WE WOULD NOT CONSIDER THIS A BIG JOB. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF DESIGNING BENDS IN THE DECK, BENCHES, PLANT STANDS, REALLY NEAT IDEAS. WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE WE WANTED A DECK OF TREX MATERIAL BECAUSE OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS IT HAS RECEIVED AND BECAUSE WE WERE SO TIRED OF STAINING OUR DECK EVERY YEAR AND DEALING WITH WOOD ISSUES. MADE OUR DECK 2.5X AS BIG AND REALLY GAVE IT CHARACTER WITH RAY'S IDEAS. INSTALLATION WAS GREAT, GUYS WORKED HARD IN REMOVING THE OLD DECK AND INSTALLING THE NEW ONE. ONLY ONE ISSUE WAS THAT THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION AND SHOWED UP 1 WEEK EARLIER THAN EXPECTED! WE WERE NOT GOING TO PASS UP GETTING THINGS DONE EARLIER OF COURSE. WE REALLY LOVE THE NEW DECK AND THE CHARACTER IT BRINGS TO OUR BACK YARD. OVERALL, GREAT EXPERIENCE.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EACH DAY. I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. WE DID SOME UPGRADING OF THE WOOD. HOWEVER, WE STILL FEEL THE PRICE WAS GOOD.

PATRICK HECKER IS THE OWNER WITH 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, HE PERSONALLY SELLS THE JOB. THEY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE BUILDING COMPANY FOR A MAJOR BOAT BUILDER IN CLEARWATER. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL. THEY REPLACED THE LOWER HALF OF MY DOCK, WHORKMANSHIP SUBURB, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND TO TELL OTHERS. THE LAST DAY OF THE JOB WE HAD A TERRIBLE STORM. A VERY LARGE TREE FELL ACROSS OUR DRIVEWAY. EVEN THOUGH IT DID NOT IMPEAD THEIR TRUCK, THEY OFFERED TO CUT IT UP AND REMOVE IT FROM OUR DRIVEWAY. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT PAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.
