Very reasonable, the price was half what everyone else quoted me. He was a little difficult to reach on the phone.

Even though they were busy, they got me in and out within 10 minutes! Great price, speed and very friendly. Great stuff in their show cases as well.

My husband has used the Watch Doctor's services for many years and has always had excellent results. So when my sister gifted me with 3 vintage pocket watches after her husband's death I took them to the Watch Doctor for cleaning. The Watch Doctor (sorry, I don't know his real name) took the backs off the watches, examined them, and told me they were in excellent shape and needed no cleaning or repairs. He even showed me how one of the watches used a key to set the time. It was obvious to him that I knew nothing about the watches and he could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance. Instead, he took his time to educate me about the watches. I offered him money for his time and he refused. I found him not only to be knowledgeable, but more importantly extremely honest. His honesty saved me between $150-$200. I would recommend him to anyone. He services not only watches, but clocks as well. My husband has taken several vintage watches and clocks to him in the past and has always been pleased with the price and service.
