Marcello Viera is the gentleman who did it. He took an hour to get to me every day. He is new on Angie’s List. He is really, really good. They were a couple of thousand dollars less than everyone I spoke to. I spoke to a lot of people. I did pay other people for the shower pan. It was quite expensive. I actually had the professional group of the other store come out here and give me an estimate. They wanted $25,000 for it. I paid a lot for all my tile. That was excellent and I was very pleased. The group of guys had come in. I had difficulty communicating because they were Portuguese but they were very polite and very gracious. They were clean and cleaned up after themselves every day. I had to pay separately for my cabinetry and my countertops. They were very proficient. He came back twice and he was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. He made suggestions as to how we can make certain decorative adjustments. He came and checked on those guys every day. On couple of times when I needed more tile or a couple of extra pieces, he would actually stop in Tampa and deliver them to the guys. So that they didn’t lose time running back and forth. When he quoted me, he stuck to everything. He gave me a written quote and he stuck to it. When they showed up, they worked hard. On couple of nights they stayed until till 7 or 7.30 to get the day wrapped up. They were hard workers. They were very polite and they were very humble. They didn’t bring in radios. They worked, worked and worked. Primarily there were 2 or 3 most of the time. During the gutting process he had a team of 6 that were there. It took between 2 and 3 weeks to remodel both the bathrooms.
