The FIOS for TV sucks. The guy that came out was here on time, he was alright. People that work at the store are Ds and Fs, the tech that came out is an A.

Workers were on time, configured all of the boxes and the router in addition to returning the existing boxes. New service is 50/20 Internet speeds in addition to 6 boxes with 2 of them acting as servers and 4 acting as client boxes. All boxes share the DVR functions. Very happy with the service.

Signed up for service--was told by salesman that they would ship me what I needed and I could do the install myself.
Next day (Sunday) got an email telling me that their installer would arrive between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM that Friday. I wasn't about to take a day off work so I called and cancelled the order.
The equipment (a samll box) arrived on Monday. A couple of days later they mailed a UPS return label. Returned box.
Got Clear instead (same price, installed it myself).

They have underground fiberoptics that provide a great picture and great qaulity. They use their own internet routers and I never have any issues with their service like I do at my business address with a differnet provider.

I got to know their cell phone through a company that I worked for and they were a lot more reliable and had better coverage then what we were using before.
