They advertise the 4G that it's pretty hard to get a spot unless you are in a certain place that's 4G. Most of the time, it's just 3G which is not really as fast as the 4G. We had them for a while.

I think the quality of the service is good, we don't get it in our house. We live right on the beach, and we don't even get service on the beach very well. Everywhere else is good. The customer service is very good, they try very hard to help us.

I like that it's really good coverage so I tend to not be without service unless I'm way out in the country somewhere. The people in the stores are helpful and happy to sell me a phone.

Verizon is a very good company. I will continue to use them.

I have been using them for years. I guess they are good but probably there are cheaper ways of doing it. They provided customer service for me long time ago. I don't use their customer service a lot. They have been fine because their service doesn't break up for me. I haven't had anything special done for me. They are not too great for price because I can find cheaper services. They are pretty good. I am satisfied with they do with what I need them to do.

They're good, one time I washed my phone, went in, they said put it in a bag of rice, and it worked. I'm much better at checking my jeans pockets now, their service is good, it is infrequent for us to get a dropped call, we can go out of range, and we still have good service. When I went in the store, the service representative came right up to us, and we're pretty satisfied with their service.

It took me one month at least, and many telephone calls to get rid of them. They are not easy to deal with. In the end, it was successfully concluded. If I had of given in easily I would have ended up owing them a lot of money. It took a lot of persistence on my part. Because I persisted it turned out satisfactory for me, but it took a lot of effort on my part.

I HAD VERIZON AS AN ISP FOR AROUND 7 YEARS, FAITHFULLY PAYING THEM $20 A MONTH WITH MY DEBIT CARD. I HAD TO CANCEL THE CARD BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO IT. WHEN I CALLED VERIZON TO GIVE THEM MY NEW CARD NUMBER, THEY ADVISED ME OF THEIR NEW POLICY WAS NOT TO ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS. THEY WOULD ONLY BILL AN ACTUAL CREDIT CARD AND SINCE I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THAT, THEY HAD NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE TO OFFER. I ASKED FOR A COUPLE DAYS TO DECIDE WHAT I WANTED TO DO, BUT THEY CUT OFF MY SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. I THINK THIS IS AN UNREASONABLE POLICY - MY CREIDT AND CHECKING ACCOUNT IS IMPECCABLE - I SHOULD NOT BE PENALIZED BECAUSE THEIR OTHER CUSTOMERS AREN'T KEEPING ENOUGH MONEY IN THEIR CHECKING ACCOUNTS IN ORDER FOR DEBIT TRANSACTIONS TO CLEAR. I SWITCHED TO A DIFFERENT ISP AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE VERIZON PRODUCTS AGAIN.
