Carpet Cleaning
Today, March 13, 2013, I went to this cleaners with photocopies of the receipt for the purchase of the new dress, along with a photocopy of the dress. I also had copies of the dry cleaners' receipt showing that two items were turned in for cleaning. I thought these items might've helped the company locate my dress. It turned out that the proof was not needed. As soon as I walked in the door, the clerk brought out my dress. Her explanation for the mix-up was that the item was identified as a blouse on the receipt. I pointed out that I had tried to correct that misconception to no avail. In sum, I'm glad to get my dress back, but I'm still unhappy about the brusque, accusatory way (i.e., I was called "confused" when I first complained) I was treated. I will not use this company again.

They seem to do excellent work in carpet cleaning. Their work is superior in laundry cleaning too. They are very friendly people and their price is reasonable.
