when i called friendly Dejan "Don" answered and he basically gave me most of the answers over the phone
When they came out and gave me the estimate i was surprised about price difference
Before his technician came out he called me 30 min earlier letting me know that he will be there by the time scheduled
when he came he asked me where i would like him to start in case i have to use one side of the house
so i asked him about floor and he told me all i wanna know and he said by the end of the day when u see your floor im sure your first expression gonna be WOW

when he finished he called me to take a look at my floors and yes he was right i did say WOW
