. It took several calls just to get them here. They told me that the gates were on order. I'll give them that. Once the gates were installed they did not work correctly. Owners had a very difficult time getting in and out of the storage compound.I repeatedly called and asked them to come back.  I finally called and asked to speak to the owner only to find out that the owner was unavailable and the person I spoke with was the only person I could deal with. Finally they came out and repaired the gates. A very frustrating experience.

Attempted to purchase some additional parts after my install and had a terrible experience.  Once ordered I couldn't pick up too early, couldn't come to late in the day, and could not come during the lunch hour. All these parameters delayed the pick up by weeks.   I had numerous missing parts in my order and had to return to the store numerous times.  My 50' roll of fencing was 3' short and they refused to correct the situation.  I asked for a call from the declining manager and he never returned my call. 
I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Agreed on sharing the cost of the middle fence with my next door neighbor.  Prior to installation, the company representative/sales rep assured me  that the middle fence will go where the survey shows.  Come the day of installation, they installed the fence in the wrong place using all sorts of excuses.  After getting attorneys involved, they moved the fence but left me with a big space between my existing wooden fence the next door neighbors new fence.  They will not take the responsibility of their installation.  I asked them for a simple letter assuring me that the fence will be installed on my property but unfortunately, they will not provide me with such letter.  I called another company out and explained the situation.  What they told me is that when and if a situation arises during a fence installation where they cannot put it exactly in the survey line, they have both parties sign off on paper that we agree to the deviation from the survey.  Unfortunately, this company went ahead and installed the fence where they thought it was appropriate without my consent.  This company does not know what they are doing.  Stay away and save yourself major headache.  Deal with a reputable company.  These guys are a joke in the Tampa office.

If you're in a hurry, forget it.  These folks move at their own speed.  If you become a 'pest', as I did, your calls will not be returned.
Representative who appraised the job and ultimately set it up was personable, professional and knowledgeable.  Price was not the lowest solicited in my search for bids, but they are the ONLY ones who sent a rep out to look at the job site and give me studied estimate.  The price seems quite reasonable.  Most of the others didn't seem too interested in such a small job.
After 3-1/2 weeks of waiting I called to see what the status of the job was and was given a date for installation (permitting delays was listed as a factor, which in fairness, is likely).  That did not happen.  A final call to the representative who came out was not returned, but the 'scheduler' did finally call back and arranged a second installation date.
Two man crew arrived on that date, at the specified time, and removed the old fencing and installed the new, and the gate.  It seems a professional and probably lasting job which is no doubt worth the money.  The fence looks great and the gate works quite well.  The crew who installed it were polite, professional and efficient and cleaned up afterward very well.
Over all I'd rate the experience as positive, but not perfect.

I contacted the company and John Garcia their representative came to our home and showed us the variety of products they have.  We selected the fence we wanted and he gave us a competitive bid for the complete job.  We elected to purchase our fencing through John and USA Fence.  They scheduled a date for the installation, and the two man crew showed up as scheduled and got to work.  Frankly, I wondered if they could complete the job in one day....but at the end of the day...the job was 100% complete, and they had cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell that there had actually been work done except that the fence was there and complete.  Their installers started and worked through the day....and didn't stop until they were finished.  We are very happy with the results and the product.  I strongly recommend USA Fence in Tampa!!

not a great experience

I would recommend USA fence as long as you are not in a hurry to get the project done and don't mind making a lot of followup phone calls.

The sell cycle went well - the salesman was attentive. Once I signed the contract and paid the deposit it went downhill. The product specifications were mis-handled. The salesman was almost impossible to reach. Due to insurance time requirements  the incorrect product had to be installed. Calls to the company regarding install dates went unanswered. One piece of material was scratched - they told me they ordered a new piece and would come out and replace the scratched piece when it came in. I never saw them again and, quite frankly, didn't want to have them back so I spray-painted the scratches myself. They promised to use stainless tapcons when fastening the fence to the wall of my house, but used standard tapcons. They promised to replace these with stainless when they came back, but since they never came back ....

We were very happy with them.  I wouldn’t want to disclose the price because I don’t know how it would help the others.  I’m not sure if it would be relevant.  We honestly did not get several bids and so I cannot compare their prices to anyone else.  We will use their services again in the future.

We received quotes from 7 providers only two of which quoted using 6 foot sections. John Garcia, the company's representative gave us a fair qoute and then came to our house two more times to discuss changes. He was right on time each visit and even called in advance when he was just a few minutes away. His pricing was several hundred dollars below the quotes. The installation crew, John and Brian, were wonderful. They were on time and very polite and professional. They double checked on how we wanted the gates installed and made some suggestion which were actually better than our plan. The overall experience was more than I could hope for and we use them again in a heart beat.
