US SECURITY SYSTEMS

In June of 2007 my old monitoring service went out of business and transferred my monitoring (without informing me) to U.S. Security Systems. They monitored my home alarm system for years without incident, mainly because I never had an incident. In December 2010 I had the alarm system removed and as of July 2011 I am still getting billed for their monitoring of a system that does not exist. I have written two letters and called four times. When you call, you get an answering service, even during working hours. Messages left are not returned. If they are this inefficient and unresponsive one has to wonder if they are doing anything at all except sending out quarterly bills. At this point I am getting bills stamped "Past Due" and I am now worried about my credit reports. They have no access through email, no web site and no way to get anyone responsible on the phone.
