Universal Lawn and Tree

I hired Universal lawn and tree service to pressure wash drive and sidewalk. After an agreed upon price William got to work and as he went along he pressed washed other areas that he felt needed cleaning (carport, vinyl siding brick face and screens/ screen porch). He never once say, "I can do this for such and such amount extra."  It is obvious he has high standards and a desire to do the best job possible for his customers. I have hired other companies to do pressure washing. Each time I thought they did a good job, that was until I saw the work this company does. I would recommend Universal in a heartbeat, if not sooner.

William Stading provided my weekly lawn service and did an excellent job up until a few weeks ago. He did half of the lawn and then never came back. I have tried calling and have not gotten a response in weeks.

William is very reasonably priced, and he does a pretty fair job. However, we agreed on a specific frequency (every other Tuesday) to do my lawn, and I consistently had to call and remind him because he didn't show. When he did come, he did everything I asked ... but getting him there became a chore. I was getting ready to move from one house to another and he hadn't shown up for about a month. I called him countless times, leaving voice mail messages to ask him to come so that the lawn would be mowed when I moved out. Not only did he not come, but he never returned one of the phone calls. Needless to say, I won't be inviting him to care for the yard at my new house. After several years of this kind of inconsistency, I'm done.

They are excellent! He did more than what I had contracted with them for and he did an excellent job!

It was terrific. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The installation of sod was very sloppy. No effort was made to clear area to ensure new sod would grow level with rest of grass, and several spaces in between since not properly placed. One example is we can now not even open our gate as the sod was just thrown down and sits too high for the gate to clear it. (This was not how it was before). Most important problem is that nearly all the plants he planted have since died (within 30 days) and he promised a 90 day warranty on plants and if any problems he promised to replant. We have left many, many voicemails and he has failed to respond. We even offered to replant new plants ourselves if he would at least provide the info for the nursery where he purchased the plants and receipt so we can get them replaced. The truth is William seemed like a very nice guy and the plant/bed work looked well done, but the sod work was very sloppy and since then he has just left us hanging. Do not use this person as he will hide from you if any problems occur.

William takes care of my yard every 2 weeks. Of all of the people I called, he is the only one that was responsive and has been great.

It went so well that I hired William to do our regular lawn service. He is professional and dependable, and he does a really fine job.
