The stylist was very attentive, asking lots of questions and listening, however, she must have been very new because I cried and cried after my haircut when I got home. I have very fine hair and had let it grow for about 2 yrs to get to this over the shoulder length. I even asked for someone who is good with this type hair when I made my appointment. To make a long story short, the stylist, Karen grabbed too much of my thin, fine hair when cutting the front...cutting part of the hair behind my ear on one side taking a big chunk out of the back. I asked for the front area by my ears to be chin length and ended up with ear length hair. I even went back to her again, for some repairs on her first job. Big mistake on my part. She just clipped away again causing even more damage. My husband then had to cut three to four more inches off of the back to bring it almost up to the level of the front, so that I could at least look at myself in the mirror. He could not stand my tears. So, I am now back to growing my hair again. This salon will not be getting my business again. I gave the salon an F because once you cut hair off, you cannot put it back. No matter how professional or punctual you are it just does not matter! My hair is uneven and gone!

Stephanie was my stylist. She was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job on my hair. I am very happy with the results, and I will come again.

I've been with Ultracuts for about 8 years because they treat everyone like family and their staff are all great. Eric is the owner who is involved with the community and truly knows everyone by name and background. He cares and it shows. The staff all around have fun and work well together and have done so for as long as I can remember.

I don't go there that often. I have never been upset with them. Their prices are good. Their quality is great.
