It started well, but as time went by the work got worse. I questioned the Spanish man about whether the weed barrier was not needed and the polymeric sand and he stated the all-purpose concrete sand that was used was polymeric sand, so I went to Google and YouTube to educate myself only to learn that there are two different grains of sand. They just did a lousy job. When I questioned Mr. Ed he said it was extra money. Something he never bothered to explain and gave me the chance to choose. The pavers are not aligned as it should be. See pics. The pavers are two different shades of shade grey. Ed charged me $50.00 for a check he stated he deposited, the the check was never presented and he refused to show me proof of the bank charge. I have called and left messages and texted and now I have been ghosted by him, No return calls or texts. I wonder how many other senior citizens he did this to. I gave him two weeks to respond to no avail. I hired him because I saw good reviews. He dropped the bucket with me.

Ultimate pavers was absolutely fabulous. Professional, reliable service and the finished product was absolutely perfect and what I envisioned! We went back to them for more because we were so happy with the outcome. In total we paved around 6,000 sqft, installed some ADA ramps , and retaining walls. They even helped me design a pond with cross over bridge and a circular fire pit! 10 stars and would high recommend Ed and ultimate pavers!

He was responsive to our questions and ensured that we were knowledgeable regarding the work he performed. Ed provided quality work, great customer service, and great value for the cost. Absolutely recommend Ultimate Pavers!

Completed job within promised time period

DO NOT HIRE ULTIMATE PAVERS. Ed and his team completely destroyed my front and back yard. He drove a bobcat machine from the front yard to the back yard over 100 times (I understand this is necessary when moving bricks). However, he took no precautions to saving the grass. He destroyed our yard and grass. At the end of the day Ed and his team left and did not address the grass. I had to call Ed 5 times before he finally answered. I confronted him about the grass and his solution was that *it is rainy season and the grass will grow back.* I now have to spend hundreds of dollars on sod and dirt to fix the mess that he made. This was truly the worst customer service I have ever experience. Do not waste your money on this company!!

Ultimate pavers showed up on time for the estimate after a month reached out to me to see if I was still interested I said yes they finished my job in one day they were very professional I would highly recommend them
