We stopped by the shop and started talking to the folks behind the counter.     We needed to plan some palms but didn't really know a lot about temp ranges nor care.  
We were sheparded out through the lot to look at several types of palms.  The salesman explained how fast they'd each grow and the temperature ranges.  We live up north in Pasco where the temps are a little lower in winter, so it turns out we some restrictions we hadn't expected.   We decided on a couple to plant, agreed on the price, went inside where he wrote up a bill of sale and arranged a planting date.
The palms and installer arrived right on schedule.  He efficiently and cleanly put them in place, explained to us about maintenance, and then headed off to his next job.  The only "issue" wasn't much of a probem at all.    The salesman had overestimated the amount of soil we'd need to backfill around the trees.   When the installer left, he took the extra bags with him, and our account was credited later that day.

I went there to look at all of their lovely gardens and I found just what I wanted. They were very responsive. They took the time, out in the sun, looking at trees, bushes, and plants with me. I really like them. It's such a pretty place! Everyone there is good. Their prices were included in the landscaping costs. Their products are not cheap, but they are high quality and they don't die on you.

While the price was a bit higher than their competitors, I am more than satisfied with their willingness to work with my budget.
Kelly was kind enough to take multiple photos and email them to me, so I did not have to drive to see the tree. Upon approval, she tagged the tree as sold to me even without a deposit.
The delivery/installation crew (Angel and Raul) were experienced, professional and polite, and took the time to do everything
right.
They brought out a and quot;stinger craneand quot; to minimize the possibility of placing ruts in our lawn with a heavy cart while
transporting the tree, helped choose a suitable location (within the parameters I had set), and spent a lot of extra time (at no extra
charge) cutting through old buried tree roots in order to plant the tree in a good location.
They even brought out extra top soil in order to build the and quot;ringand quot; around the base of the tree in order to allow water to gather and soak-in slowly.
A few days after planting, there was a very windy day, which shifted the tree slightly. The crew came back out and straightened the tree within 24 hours of my call, and once again when there was some erosion of the ring due to heavy rains, Wes (operations manager) sent someone out right away with extra topsoil to and quot;mudand quot; the tree and re-build the ring.
It has only been a few weeks, but the tree never went into shock, and it has actually grown and inch since planting.
I highly recommend this fine company and the great people who work there, for their super service, excellent customer care, and for having the best quality trees I was able to find in the Tampa / St. Petersburg area.

We went on a Saturday, looking for trees. They have a large selection of nice looking plants, but we were somewhat disappointed by the staff's level of knowledge. We are new to gardening, so were looking for some advice to compare to what we thought we wanted. The man who is apparently their resident tree expert was busy helping someone else and referred us to two ladies out in the nursery. They seemed to have good general gardening knowledge and did their best to help, but they didn't seem to know much more than we did about the fruit trees we were interested in. While we appreciated their helpfulness and did buy three trees, we think that if you call yourself TREEmart it would make sense to have employees who know more about TREES than a typical big box garden shop employee does. We would probably buy from them again, but we would do it with the expectation that we would have to get our information elsewhere.

They were very little trees for very little price. It is a huge place with lots of trees and plants.

The personel at the store are disinterested at best, and the manager is rude, unhelpful, and tries to avoid returning calls, sometimes disconnecting me when I needed to discuss delivery. The man that delivered my tree was really nice, and did an excellent job of planting the palm.I tried to let the manager know of this good work. The phone call was disconnected, and the email was ignored. The product they sell is superior, but many of the help are unhelpful and rude.

While shopping around in the nursery, me and my landscaper had several questions about the plant selection and availability, as some of them were sold out and we wanted to place an order. The staff was nowhere to be found, we had to go hunting for them and found them all inside the office sitting around chatting. We were treated rudely as if we were a bother. After insisting that we were ready to cash out, someone finally came over, and we made our purchase, but we inquired about ordering other trees. They said they would have to call me back with prices and availability, so I left my name and number and list of plants I wanted. A month went by and nothing, so I called and asked to speak to the employee that took my order, I was told he was in his office and put on hold, a few minutes later they hung up the phone on me. I called back and then was told he wasn't in. My conclusion, they are mostly a wholesale nursery and don't really care about retail customers like they say they do.
