Tracy is the best.    We had never lived in the Tampa area before and wanted to retire here so while we still lived in Virginia I contacted Tracy through a website I found for top agents in Tampa.    She called me immediately and from the very first conversation I knew she was the right agent for us.    We flew down to Tampa a couple times so she could show us properties that we had picked out on the multiple listings that she had us automatically set up with.    Tracy is so personable and easy to work with and became a friend to us almost immediately.    We finally found the perfect house and because of her knowledge of who was the best mortgage company for us to work with, plus her staying on top of the whole mortgage processing of our loan, we finally bought our house about two months after signing the contract.   Once we moved here I still contacted her to ask for her recommendations for pool folks, etc.   You will really enjoy working with Tracy who is very passionate about real estate and loves living in the Tampa Bay area.
