Welcome to TPA Flooring Inc.It is my privilege to introduce you to TPA Flooring Inc. We have served in the flooring industry for many years and are a registered and licensed organization; our primary service is the installation of hardwood floors. We offer a selection of diverse species and sizes, installed onto plywood or concrete with its proper vapor barriers. We also sand and refinish all types of floors. We are a small group of professionals that have a combined 20 years experience in hardwood flooring.Our many years of experience helped enabled us to develop a system that produces quality workmanship and customer loyalty. Here are some of our strengths: Our personnel work in harmony and with integrity.Our mechanics know their responsibilities; which provides a more thorough finished product.We have a basic work ethic that drives our company.We leave each phase of construction in the most respectable and professional manner, providing a good working environment for all trades involved. ED and staff from Tampa Flooring was SUPERB!!! They were great from beginning to end. I can't express enough how smooth everything went from beginning to end. Ed came out to give us an estimate and answered all of our questions and concerns. He communicated with us throughout the week to give us a daily update with what to expect each day.  He is very easy to work with and prompt.  I trust him completely.  He has put our minds at ease throughout the whole project.   Our project was done in 7 days like he promised. Last, but not least, my wood floors and baseboards look FAAAABULOUS!!! My floors look brand new.  I can't believe how great they look.  I highly recommend Ed and Tampa Flooring to everyone.  You will not be disappointed.  I have already referred Ed to my family, friends and neighbors.  Many thanks Ed and staff! You guys rock!!

Eddie went above and beyond from the first meeting to completion. There were several repairs that needed to be done and turned out great. Eddie worked very well at communicating with me and working around other worker's schedules.

Mr. Rios and his employees were wonderful! He arrived promptly for the estimate and was professional and polite. He gave me a fair estimate. What set him apart from everyone was his concern to get my floors done and get me moved into my newly purchased home before Thanksgiving. I had given him a very small window to work with and he was able to complete it. His sincerity and kindness meant everything to me. I was able to see the floors when he was working on them. He was very excited about the condition of the 57 year hardwoods and how beautiful they were sanding out. There was no doubt he enjoyed what he did and was very particular that it be done right. He explained to me how to care for my new shiny floors so that I would have many years to enjoy them. When I saw the floors completed my home was clean and dust free. (it is a very messy process). I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rios. He cared about the work that he did and he cared that I would be happy in my new home. Thank you Mr. Rios and your employees for a wonderful experience and all your hard work. You exceeded my expectations. My floors really are beautiful.

I was referred to Owner/Operator Ed Rios by a general contractor I received an estimate for on another project. After receiving estimates from three wood floor refinishing companies, I decided to work with Ed because of the knowledge he appeared to have relating to re-staining wood floors, his website showed some of his previous jobs which looked great and his estimate was also reasonable. Ed was fantastic to work with and did a great job on our floors. For example, when I wasn't exactly sure as to what shade of cherry I wanted for my floors, Ed made a sample board of various shades based on what I had described to him and nailed the color that i wanted to perfection. Ed was incredibly easy to deal with and frequently went out of his way to meet with me, even on weekends, as I was commuting to Tampa, where the house was located. I would hire him again and highly recommend that you include Ed and his company if you ever need your wood floors redone.
