Superb customer service from Kevin and the entire collision service dept. Even though part was delivered end of the day, they stayed open to accommodate me. Better experience with Toyota of Tampa Bay than I get from my local Lexus dealership!

They are very friendly and professional. The only bad experience I have had is that they didn't look at the issue that I pointed out to them, as confirmed by another company that I took it to.

We had been to another dealership and knew our pricing. I was walking out. I do the research and the care as to what we are getting and it is a car I was going to drive all of the time. The guy said I can give you that car for 32000 I said no I don’t think so. He looked me straight in the eye and said little lady don’t you think you need to ask your husband first. I said you can go ask my husband, but I’m the one signing the check. I walked out and told my husband lets go. When he called me little lady I almost went over the edge. I told my husband get your keys and go. I won’t buy from these idiots. When we decided to he became a little nicer. It was just not a wonderful experience. We bought the car because we talked about it that we would pay more if we went elsewhere. My husband said there is no reason to pay more than we have to just to avoid this guy, so we went ahead and bought it. Since then I haven’t had any problems.

They are really bad. They call me all the time.

They are very slow. Sometimes we use a coupon and the coupon price is okay.

We buy our vehicles from Toyota Of Tampa Bay and they service them for free. They’re top, they’re “A”. Work takes an hour usually. Workers are top notch.

Since we purchased the vehicle from them, there is no charge for regular maintenance. Top notch employees. Fast service.

They're reliable. You can schedule online. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I had a coupon. So with the coupon and taxes it was about $42 for synthetic oil change. The overall service is an A. Without the coupon, you better put that as a C. The quality is an A. I don't like their professionalism. I don't seek them out. If the coupon is good, I'll get there but I don't seek them out. The work is excellent. No problem with the work whatsoever. The workers were good...very friendly, very polite, A. They can stop up-selling you . Every time you go there, they are trying to sell you a credit car. They are trying to tell you more is wrong with your car. That's why I stopped going regularly and just seeking out other places. They are always up-selling. That is a dealership. It's a pain in the butt.

There was a bunch of trouble they had to take care of. It has been very satisfactory.
