Quality service and professional manner! First impression counts and these guys really impressed me. As a new customer, they worked me into their schedule for an oil change even though it was late in the day. They also gave me a straightforward assessment for a sliding door fix. Definitely an A+ in my book!

The work was done on time and correctly, at a fair price (lower than dealer prices). This is a small family run business, and the owners clearly care about treating their customers well. The waiting room is not luxurious by dealer standards, but then you don't pay for that luxury either. I strongly recommend the Toy House for Toyota or Lexus service.

I think they treat us well and never try to charge us for something that doesn't need to be taken care of. There's two pistons, one on each side and each of those I think was somewhere in the neighborhood of $100. I'm very happy with them. I call them up one day and say hey, I need to get in there with a couple of vehicles whats your schedule look like. And they say okay, we have this and this. A lot of times they will let me do them almost back to back so I can take one vehicle in. Take it back to the office and get the other one and bring it right in. They're very accommodating. I'm going to be calling them up soon when I look at my schedule.

They were great while looking over the replacement engine they notice the wrong spark plugs and wires were installed and replaced these. They also fixed a wiring harness that was touching the exhaust manifold as a result of negligence from the other shop that installed the replacement engine. Very skilled on toyotas.

They are honest, experienced, and so nice to me. I didn't know there were still honest mechanics out there. They are honest!!

They only work with Toyota and Lexus. They do phenomenal work and basic service. I have gone to Toyota and they weren't able to fix it and these guys do a great job of finding the problems and fixing it very reasonably. They have always taken care of any needs I have.

AC stopped working in my Taco. Ronnie had previously suspected the evaporator was the problem. It was a pricey fix due to the location of the part in my truck. I have been going to Ronnie for more than 10 years. He is always fair, courteous and speedy. I tell everyone I meet to check them out. They are awesome! They even plugged a tire without my knowing. That type of care for their clients keeps me as one. Thanks Guys!!

I started using Toy House for my cars 29 years ago, when they were in Temple Terrace. I would highly recommend this company, always dependable, reliable, and thorough with the care of my car.  Regular car maintenance is provided, or if one takes their car in for a problem, the customer is given an accurate diagnosis, and provided with a very affordable cost for the repair.  This business if family owned, with professional mechanics who provide top of the line service.

I have been going to the Toy House for my car repairs since 1983.  Yes, that's right.  For over 30 years I have trusted Ronnie, and now his sons Charlie and Matthew.  The Toy House deals in Toyotas and Lexus.  The guys like to get your car in and out, so no overnight stays.  They are cordial, friendly, and take an interest in making sure your car runs properly.  I once bought a JEEP, and within two years was back to Toyotas, and my favorite mechanics.
Charlie takes my car for a test ride after my oil changes to ensure it's in tip top shape and that I will not encounter a breakdown--my current Camry has 166,000+ miles and is still going strong.  
I recommend the Toy House to my friends who can not get the car dealership to fix their cars' problems.  Ronnie, Charlie and Matthew always know what's wrong and how to fix it.    They have worked on many Toyotas and Lexuses.  The charges are always below the dealership fees, and the Toy House staff are way more friendly and accommodating then any dealership.  They can perform extended warranty work too.
I drive Toyota or Lexus, because these guys are the only ones I trust to make sure my car, and my life are safe!  No breakdowns for me.

My family and I have taken our vehicles to The Toy House since 1988. Ronnie, Charlie and Matthew Hampton run a great shop. They provide high-quality, honest service for a very fair price. I continue to buy Toyota vehicles so I can keep them as my mechanics.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

We have driven by this garage often.  Recently needed repair on our Prius and once we found out they were on Angie's List we scheduled an appointment.

The parts were available when we arrived for our appointment.  The actual repair took about 20 minutes including paying the bill and we were back on the road.

The garage is clean, organized and the mechanics know what they are doing.  Location is convenient easy access from interstate.

We have owned Toyota automobiles for 25 years other garages make simple fixes into all day events.  The people at Toyo House know what they are doing.  When you arrive they get the car into the service bay accomplish repair and you are on your way.

Lexus CT needed service.  Been driving by this place for years & decided to look them up.  Been there twice to get CT serviced.  First service was around $50.  Second service was around $93, but also included items listed above.  They are very prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional.   The customer area is spotless.  Would recommend to anyone w/ Toyota or Lexus.

my vehicle.Awesome. I went to this shop after accident work by Jerry Ulm Collision Center. Charlie and his guys determined some wacky things I am sure were only overlooked by Jerry Ulm (wink, wink). From day one I was treated with respect, explained to and shown where my issues stemmed from. I have since been back on several occasions for minor repairs and general maintenance and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Charlie for your exceptional ethic and everything you have done for me and my truck and a special thanks to the young man that worked on my truck. You guys ROCK!

Made an appointment ahead of time, and they were prompt and ready for service. Discussed options for service and agreed on the necessary checkups and replacement parts. The service was done sooner than expected, no surprises, was able to view my vehicle as the work was done, and waiting area was satisfactory. Fee was what was quoted and very fair; much less than the dealership fee I had been expecting. I would definitely use the Toy House for any Toyota service I need.
