And like, they were doing a really good, great job on the people's house, like they always bagged up their leaves every time, everything. And I asked them, I said, "You'll do that for my house, too?" "Yes." And they never did. They would come. They would do their house. Bag everything up. I said come over here, and just, they'd send one guy over here to my house. Well the whole team, try to kill two birds with one stone kind of thing, and they would just run the lawn mower around real quick, nothing, you know, blow stuff around a little bit, never pick anything up. They'd never blow any of the leaves out of the bushes. Nothing. So I was just disgusted with it and I fired them, but that was after five or six months of asking them and asking them over and over again and stuff.
