In October 2018 The Pool Guys of Tampa bay AKA TampaPoolPro.com did a resurface of my pool. The staining on the surface after their work was dreadful and very noticeable. See pictures. After months of complaining on my part and months of obfuscation and outright ignoring my emails they reluctantly came and drained pool, without any notification to me and did something to the surface. The stains were worse, see pictures. I would not do business with these people again. The first pix is the first resurfacing, the second is the second resurfacing.

Week in and week out they are professional and friendly! My pool always looks great! Extremely happy with them! The owner is Top Notch and he holds his workers to the same high standard. I would recommend them to anyone at any time. Pricing is very fair and competitive. I wouldn't hire anyone else!
