Nearly $2000 for replacing an existing electric tank water heater with a new one. Service was very fast (same day) which was nice, but I definitely paid for it. When I complained about the price, they gave me a $40 item for free. My neighbor had the same service done a year ago for $850 (different plumber). I know prices have gone up, but they haven't gone up that much.

They were professional, friendly, kept house clean, inside and out. You would've never thought I had my water heater switched out. They did an awesome job! I will definitely hire them again!

Plumber called an hour before the estimate appointment and showed up on time. Very polite. A little back and forth on the available options and once we agreed on a price, I scheduled for the next day. He was running a few minutes over on a job before mine but it was very considerate and called me. Got the job done and I was happy with the price. Would use again.

Very well, he was so careful with the drywall that we were able to put it back after the repair. He and his helper cleaned up welk afterwards and sent photos of the work through all stages and explained everything so well. Ask for Richard Quoma, you will be happy you did!

Marat was very professional, polite and kind. First listened to problems that we had and gave an estimate for the work to be completed. Worked diligently to get work done without delay. Was up on the roof then down into the house always being very respectful putting on his shoe covers before coming back into the house. Marat was also open to repairing if possible instead of immediately replacing items. Because of his mindfulness, the final bill was less than the estimate. Could not ask for more. I have found my go to plumber for all work I need.

I sent request on Sunday and got a call within 5minutes and appreciate scheduled for Monday. Our gas water heater broke. Paul came out and gave me the option to trouble shoot and go from there or replace. After weighing options chose to replace. He got it all together and swapped out by the end of the day. Overall I'm very pleased and would hire again.

The service technician did a great job, would hire him again, it was the price that gave me a shock, for a new toilet, beige, which I would say was about 4 to 5 hundred dollars, a metal flange about 50 dollars, so I estimate at tops for materials, above $600, probably less and about 3 hours to install, I paid 1300.00 dollars, meaning labor was 700 dollars. I think that was way too much. But like I said, the technician was great but price was out of control.

Pretty well, I wouldn’t recommend. Too much money for the job that was performed, and he didn’t complete job to its full performance. Left hole in outside wall which should have sealed. Charged a lot of money.

Our sewer was backing up into our shower and our toilets weren’t flushing properly, in addition to several other issues. He had to remove the master bath toilet to get to the line, where he found another issue to repair. All was done within 3 1/2 hours and never unless I approved it. He also provided some recommendations with estimates. Marat was very professional and explained everything clearly.

Excellent. I used the Pink Plumber in Tampa, FL. Technician is Zach Lapanne. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He was on time. He diagnosed my problem, a worn out faucet. He recommended a new one that I purchased and he installed. The work was done quickly, he cleaned up thoroughly, and removed all trash created by the project. Tried to charge me $6,800, but ended up charging me $4,500 to replace 8’ of sanitary line and “jet” about 30’ of cast iron pipe under the structure. They definitely take advantage of people in a bad situation.

Best plumbing service company we have hired in 25 years. Felix showed up right on-time. He accessed what was wrong and made recommendations best way to fix the problem. This included pictures of the damage sink and fixtures. Felix sat down with my wife and me and showed us examples of new sinks and type of fixtures, faucets. He was able to work within our budget. He then pickup the items and returned to perform the work. His work ethics are very professional. As he installed the sink/fixtures explained what was being done and why. Felix checked numerous time that there were no issues with the replaced parts. After the job, Felix took all trash and cleaned the whole bathroom (sweeping and wiping floor/counter tops). Because of the quality and friendliness of his work; we decided to join Pink Plumbers annual membership club.

Very well, both technicians, very professional and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. I didn’t get any other quotes so was shocked by the final amount of the bill $900. Thinking back probably would have been smart to get a couple more quotes. This is a reputable company so am assuming for the work that was done it was fair. I did get a complimentary advice on what I thought was a plumbing problem but happened to be an air conditioning problem, that was appreciated.

The technician was very professional and explained the whole process very thoroughly. He went through all our options and provided a reasonable price quote. He was able remove the old hot water heater and install the new one all the same day, all within a few hours after we decided to go with the Pink Plumber. Felix's thoroughness and willingness to work with us on the heater choice and price, along with his professionalism made our decision to go with the Pink Plumber the best way to go.

Service members showed between the designated timeframe. Diagnosed the leak in the garbage disposal as the problem. Gave me 3 different options for repair choices. I made payment over the phone since couldn't be there. Highly recommend.... easy to schedule appointment, convenient hours.

The overall experience was excellent. William S was professional and explained what he was doing and what was wrong with the old disposal. He also gave me some tips regarding the disposal and use of it. He made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving as well. I highly recommend William and Pink Plumber! Thank you for working with me as well and coming on the same day I called!!
