Didn't go. Over a year after hiring him and I still haven't met him. His assistants are supposedly handling the case, but unless you contact them, you get zero updates. As far as I'm concerned, at this point that's a loss of $3,250 on top of all the tenant damages I couldn't recoup. Finally had to sell the home as is.
