Our certified technicians are background checked and drug screened. I employ only the best professionals, because our customers expect the best service. We set ourselves apart by our expert skills, fast response and traditional business values, like the customer is always right and each phone call is answered by a person. We embrace innovation and technology. Our technicians are equipped with mobile devices, locksmith vans are maintained with state of the art equipment and inventory and GPS tracking. When your technician is enroute, you will receive either an e-mail, text or phone call along with their picture, credentials and estimated arrival time. Your satisfaction is our measure of when the job is completed.

So they were very responsive and got out here quickly which was nice. Unfortunately they made my sliding glass door even worse. Not only is it not level, it won?t even stay on track. The problem was that they had to replace one of the rollers on the bottom and I had issues with it every now and then coming off track. Now I won?t stay on track at all and because it?s not level, I have to tilt the door to lock it. I reached back out to them and they were cordial and said they would send somebody back out with no visit fee and give me another 30 minute window for them to fix the problems. I was then contacted by the original guy who came out but he never actually came out. So I am hiring another company and I hope this one goes much better. It was a fair price and their customer service on the phone is good. It?s just that the quality of workmanship is not.

I did request for sliding door specialist, but they are Locksmiths. Looks they have no much experience with sliding doors.
