The Duncan Duo & Associates - LPT Realty

The Duncan Duo is no better than any other real estate agency. What they do have is the best SELF advertising. First all of the " sold in 30 days or we buy it" is a bait and switch technique. When they came to our house they never mentioned it nor offered the program. When I asked about it they said it was for certain homes and clients. I knew going in that there had to be a catch but I wanted to hear what they had to say. I went with them anyways because I was sold on their advertising sales pitch which they said was the best in the country. Their adds tout how quickly they can sell your home and for the price you want. The fact is it took our home 7 months to sell and we had to drop it 100-k from our initial asking price but you will not hear that on the radio. D&D failed to do the correct research and assist us in setting a price for our higher end home. As mentored they are not better than any other real estate agent but since they advertise themselves as the best they should be graded more harshly and over all they are D and would stay away from them

I have bought and sold houses in all kinds of markets since 1984 but Michael Barbino with The Duncan Duo is by far the the most professional agent with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working with, bar none! He gets results and tells you what you need to hear not tickle your ears with with promises to get get your business. He told, no TRAINED me on what I need to do to get the property ready and more importantly told me what NOT to do and that saved me a ton of money and time. The team approach of The Duncan Duo is awesome. Each member has a role and they are proficient at their role. Each member is accessible and return calls in a timely manner. Andrew and Angela treated me as if I was a multi million dollar customer (I'm not by any means)

We tried selling our last home through Andrew of Duncan Duo but had many problems with the banking system, and ended up giving it back to the bank. (short sale). We brought our new home through them.

Rita Weaver is an excellent realtor! She was our Buyer's Agent, & helped us buy a foreclosed house. She made the process seem very simple. She is professional, responsive, & responsible. She even went above & beyond to expedite the closing.

Everything went well.

Follow ups with "Realtor s were handled and kept me posted on the progress of each appointment.  Duncan is very professional and accessible to answer questions.  I don't sell homes every day and it was nice to get their input.

I have personally dealt with The Duncan Duo & Associates on many different occasions during the home sale process for many of our clients. Their agents are all very punctual and return calls. In addition, they all respond to email contact very quickly. I am considering selling my home in the near future and there is not another Realty Company that I would consider using.

I contacted Andrew Duncan in January advising that we were interested in purchasing a property in a more rural area with at least a couple of acres.  I explained why we were researching properties and provided all of the details.   He advised that his brother Devan handled the area that we were interested in.  Devan called immediately and I was extremely impressed with how honest and down to earth he was.  He was up front with both the pros and cons of what our search entailed.   I advised that we were basically weighing our options whether it would be more feasible to do the addition to our existing house or purchase a new property and invest the money there.  Due to the information provided to us, they helped us make a very informed decision.  Although, we did eventually decide to go ahead with the addition and not buy another property in the country , we will definitely be contacting the Duncan Duo for future real estate transactions. My dream of moving at least closer to the country will never die, so I'm sure we will be contacting them in future.  Honest and reliable people.

It is so refreshing in this day and age for someone to tell you that they are going to do something and then do it. When my mother passed away, I was left with the responsibility of caring for my father and all business including the sale of their house and property. This was a time full of a great deal of emotion since this property was owned by our family for more than 50 years and it was "home".  Initially it was decided to go with another agent that we had dealt with before when we were buying years ago; however, 6 months later we were no closer to selling it than the 1st day we put it on the market (there was very little communication and we received one low-ball offer at the very end before our contract ran out with that agent).  ***As soon as that contract expired---I wanted to go with my first choice, so I called The Duncan Duo & Associates and Andrew called back right away.  We set up a time to meet at the house/property.  Andrew was extremely professional, polite, and more than willing to answer any questions.  We were very impressed with him.  As busy as this agent is, he keeps in steady contact with any new information.  Starting with the very 1st week we were getting offers.  We mainly dealt with Andrew, but I can say that I also spoke with several others including Angela (important half of The Duncan Duo) and all were very pleasant to deal with. To sum it up in a nutshell:  we had multiple offers on the property which was nice to see when the housing market and economy was in a slump.  ***Ultimately, the house/property sold for the asking price.***  Results are results.   Certain words come to mind: determination, positive attitude, great work ethic.Head and shoulders above any real estate agents we've been exposed to or heard of.  I highly recommend.***
