Another company said they would unclog the drain for $79. When they came out they said they were going to charge $1,209. I said no thank you and called Drain King. Chris came and fixed the problem for $99. Thank you Chris. Drain King rocks.

So they went and made a hole under the bathroom vanity and didn't see the leak because you have to put the water on to see where it is leaking from. Then they went next to the bathroom vanity and made another hole on my tile wall. I came in and they said, I can't see the leak. I said, well you have to put the water on. So they put the water on and they saw the leak from the first hole underneath the vanity. They made the second hole for no reason. They finally charge, I think $350 just to fix up a hole they made. So I put a piece of vinyl tile on the ceramic tile just to cover it up. A prudent plumber would have made one hole first underneath the vanity like they did to see where the leak was coming from.

The Drain King showed up on time, and well prepared. The reason for the call is that we had new countertops with sinks installed, and had also installed the faucets ourselves. The challenge came in with the drains, the traps no longer matched up, and one in particular seemed too high. The folks at The Drain King were able to quickly and professionally deal with the installations. I would certainly call them again.

They advertise $69 flat rate for any drain cleaning. I waited three hours and the plumber finally got here to do the work and then they said it would be an additional $58 to clean the drain in the back yard. This would have been a drain clean out from the drain that goes from my house to the back yard. The plumber walked off the job without even telling me and the girl on the phone hung up on me. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional. She told me it would be just $69 for the job and I verified that was the only cost. The plumber did not show up when they said they were going to. They were not up front with the price that they were going to charge me. When the plumber showed up, he wanted to charge me more and go through my toilet, which a plumber already told me what needed to be done, so they were trying to do more things to get more money.

They are great, and the price is right. They come out right away when you call them. They were the least expensive we have found.

Chris and my son agreed to the 2500 dollars since Chris told him he would have to dig 100 ft to the city. Chris came back on Monday and put the new pipes in. Sent my son a invoice for 100 ft of digging and 3 cleanouts. They only dug 44 feet and he still charged the 2500.00. I called him and told him his invoice did not match the work he did. Wouldn't talk to me. Very unprofessional and did take advantage of the situation. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. He knew that he didn't have to dig 100 feet but would not come down on the price/
