What a rip off. First they charged me for 3 additional quarts of oil stating I needed 8 versus the standard 5. They also charged me an additional $10 for a filter because our car had an unusual size of filter. Then they tried to convince me to flush the radiator for 79.99. I said NO to that! When I got home. my husband told me that the car only holds 6 quarts of oil and that every car has a different size of oil filter depending on the make. I paid $43.66 for a job for which I expected to pay $18.99. I noticed they were trying sell every customer in the place on more expensive services, both men and women. However, the men seemed to know a bit better when to say NO. They want ladies to come it so they can rip them off. Never again! Stay away from this place.
