This team and owenership of Mr. Tamayo with Tampa VIP Pool Services is hands down the best service my pool has ever received; value wise, including (multple) pictures, the skimmer cleaned, pressure gauge set, O-Rings checked, timer set, pool skimmed/vacuumed, filter cleaned and the filter cover placed correctly without leaks and all chemicals balanced and sent via email for my personal files. They take time and pride in their service, something you hardly see in a company anymore. Great communication as well. The best, best, best service my pool ever has had! I have had several over the past 30+ years! WOW! Impressive!! I definitely will recommend your company to others!!! I would like to link my review to Yelp! and Google. Javier, and workers did a great job cleaning my inground pool which is a 36ft by 18ft inground kidney shape pool.my pool hasn't been used in 6 years. because of my hubby's neglect. they did a beautiful job including a new filter for my pump. I would recommend them highly. Thank you.

I decided to hire a pool service to take over maintenance of the pool when it became more difficult to clean the filter. Tampa VIP pool service is everything I had hoped. They are reliable, responsive, and the pool looks great. It is a relief not to worry about cleaning the pool, applying chemicals, and cleaning the filter every week. I appreciate their proactive approach and would definitely highly recommend Tampa VIP pool service.

Wow, this company is a breath of fresh air, nothing like I have ever dealt with. A totally different mindset where the customer is first. Ever since they come to my house, my pool lucks the best it has ever looked with any other company. The communication is bare none, the service is outstanding, they are very very competent, and always making sure the customer is satisfied. I will recommend them. definitely. These guys did a great job getting my pool clean. It was horrible looking. Now it looks fantastic. They show up every Thursday to do thier weekly cleaning. Prices have always been fair.

Tampa VIP Pool Services came out to my home on a Sunday for a green clean when no other company would. They are very professional and keep good contact with you about what is going on with your pool by sending pictures, chemical readings, etc. I never have to worry if my pool is getting the cleaning it needs because they never skip a week unlike other companies I had in the past.

Jose was awesome. He was very courteous and honest. He gave a good quote and a day he could arrive AND he did come the same day ( within a few days from our initial conversation). He did a great job clearing and cleaning my pool deck channels. There was a lot of dirt clogging the channels but he got it cleared. Water flows perfectly now thru the channels. Great Experience!

Amazing experience! Our pool turned green because I let the other pool service go. Tampa VIP was the first service to respond. They came by our home that day to evaluate the situation. I received a call that evening. They explained everything and came out the next day (Saturday) Javier and Jose are honest, trustworthy and they did everything they said they would do. They are a pleasure to work with and are very reasonable. You can't go wrong with Tampa VIP Pool services.

Absolutely the best..... This is my first pool home and off course I don t know anything about pool care..... After checking with competitors, price are slightly more or less but the quality of work Javier showed me even on the day he was just providing me with the free estimate the very same day not being even hired he showed me how he deeply cares about the pool and how passionate he is about his job....... with not doubt this man goes about and beyond and I will recommend his service 100%

Javier and Jose are great, they send you a computer print out of your pool chemical readings and pictures of what they do each service, I highly recommend them.

I like the fact that the 2 owners service the pools themselves, preventing the ...rotating pool guy of the month that I seemed to have with the previous company. They also email a report of the pool chemistry and what they've done with a photo of the pool, which is really helpful for me as I travel a lot and am often away. They respond quickly when I contact them about questions, concerns. I've only had them for a few months but so far I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Javier and team were amazingly responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable. I went way too long with a different pool guy and settled for a level of unprofessional ism that apparently I did not need to. Not anymore. Top marks!

Tampa VIP Pool Service has done a fantastic job with our pool. They take a photo and send it to me after they do the work and also let me know when it is safe to swim. I pay electronically, so it makes transactions very smooth. With Tampa VIP Pool service, I feel like a VIP!
