Excellent job and fast response time! Kyle was very conscientious and respectful. He got the job done at a very reasonable price, and his office staff, Lauren, was very kind and helpful. As a realtor, I was under tremendous pressure to get the job done fast, and they came through for me and were patient with me being frantic. I will always recommend this company to my clients.

Kyle was an excellent technician. He reviewed the state of the system, explained to me the issues and then repaired the sensors, including moving the site of one sensor so it would be less likely to be damaged. In addition he programmed my pump so that it is now completely hands free. Also offered some insight into why my system is performing like it does. Great experience. This is now my go-to company for my solar heater.

TPA Solar installed out original pool solar system and has been maintaing it over the past 10+ years. Came back from vacation and our pool pump had died. Called them on a Friday and Lauren got right back to us and Kyle was out on Tuesday to trouble shoot and fixed on Wednesday. And keep in mind this is the busy season. Both Lauren and Kyle are very professional, responsive and above all honest. They have performed service on our system 3-4 times over the years and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thank you for running a great business that provides excellent service and value to your customers.

Had a couple options, replace with new or used panel or just eliminate it. I had it eliminated.

The job Kyle did was great. This is someone who obviously takes pride in his work. This is a family owned business. Kyle did the work estimate leaving me a detailed description of what would be included. I had 3 estimates done. The other two were very brief, very general description of what work/materials would be done. Only Kyle's offered a detail of what I would be getting. All 3 were less than $200 apart. All 3 were different solar panel types, so it was just a matter of who I would trust to do a good job. He did more than expected. He did the whole job himself!! He worked tirelessly. With the workers I had over the years, I was left with a maze of piping for the panels. He removed the multi-turns and ran new pipes run neatly in a direct path to the panels. It looks so much better. I wish I had a "before" picture so you could see the huge difference. He made other changes that replaced poorly done work before him. I had no idea of the sloppy work done previously or the poorly selected materials for grounding, etc. I even asked if he would remove some unnecessary flashing above the pool cage and he said it would be no problem and he did! Try asking something extra from a worker on the job and see what response you get! Kyle is a quiet gentleman, soft spoken. He's not a flashy salesman. I didn't have to follow up on the date I was promised. He was dependable. I feel this is someone you can trust. I was surprised that I was ask for only 10% prepayment. I thought that was low. I have paid as much as half up front on work I have contracted. Only drawback - if you expect someone to call you back in 10 minutes, that doesn't happen. I think it is his wife, Lauren, who handles that end of the business. May not be wife, but I always got a recording when I called and it says she will get back to you in 2 days. And she does. But you will not have someone answer directly to your call. It is no reflection on their commitment to keeping any promise they make. You can count on it. If the quality is not what I expect from this job, which I don't think will happen, I will correct my review. So if the panels leak or I have problems I didn't expect reflecting on the quality of the product or work done. I will update this.

Quickly, professionally, and completely!

very quick repair at a very fair price

The service tech came out and replaced the valve with a new one. While there he said he noticed two small leaks also in the system. I told him to go ahead and fix those as well. He did, but just two days later the leak from one of the two that were fixed was leaking more than before,. .This resulted in requiring the tech to come back a second time to make the repair. He did and now the system is running fine without any leaks.

This is the busy season, so we waited a couple weeks for service, but it was worth the wait. The technician called prior to arriving and quickly assessed the system. The collectors are seeping water and will need replaced. The solar actuator valve, pool timer motor, and leaking hose were replaced. Excellent service and a reasonable price. We will have the aging collector panels replaced in a few months.

I had my system installed by Solar Systems about nine years ago. When I called them for a price I thought they were high so I shopped around. I'm glad I did. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. They worked with me on the price and I saved about $50.00. They showed up on time and did a Great Job.

They removed the solar panels and associated hardware from my roof so that it could be re-shingled. They even capped the plumbing system so no debris could get in the system. Everything was stored neatly out of the way on my pool deck until the roofing repair was completed. Then re-installed the solar panels and associated hardware and even modified it slightly so it looked neater and fit and finish had a more professional appearance overall. The staff at Tampa Solar Contracting Inc. were exceptional and friendly on the phone and scheduled the work to fit my schedule.

Kyle was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the solar panels and took his time to explain the installation process and how the solar panels work.  He answered all of our questions thoroughly.We felt very comfortable that Kyle not only was telling us about the product, but actually got on our roof to measure and was the one to perform the installation.
Kyle and his assistant  were able to complete the job in one day and left everything very neat.  Even after working all day, he took the time to explain how everything worked and what to expect.  We were extremely impressed with the results!
We highly recommend Tampa Solar Contracting and Kyle!  We are now able to enjoy our pool and have been swimming everyday!

Service was terrific. Other companies were trying to sell us equipment we didn't need to hook everything back up. Tampa Solar were honest in telling us what we had before was just fine. Made sure everything was working perfect before they left, and showed us where everything was and how to use it.
