Worst experience ever. They repeatedly did not respond to me when I was trying to schedule. Would never set a date because they were "very busy". All of a sudden the guy shows up unscheduled to do the job (thank god I was working from home that day). Immediately started swearing when he saw some dog poop in my back yard (VERY unprofessional). Performed the job well. Screen looks great. BUT, when he left, I let my dogs out only to realize their tech left my gate open and DID NOT clean up after himself. There were pieces of metal ALL OVER my pavers and back yard. So my son and I spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning up after their tech. I had to do it quickly so my dogs could go out and not DIE from eating metal. Complained to them, and all they said was, "You should have called us first". I will NEVER use this company again and I encourage others not to as well. HORRIBLE experience.

Rough at first. Almost a totally unsatisfactory experience, HOWEVER, Glenn and John (the installers) FIXED the problem the SAME day. They were told to install a 14' x 2' awning. NOW my awning is PERFECT and Glenn & John are my Aluminum Superheros!

Fred Muth was very prompt, efficient, and professional in estimating the cost of the job. Diana was always helpful when I called to ask a question, and the installation was completed in one day. The work was done very well & we are very pleased with the results. They forgot to indicate to the installer that I had requested a pool height handle so it was installed at the lower height. However, when I called about it, they admitted their mistake right away and offered me an option of having an additional lock installed at a higher level or replacing the door. We chose the additional lock (requesting one that wouldn't rust, which they accommodated,) and they had someone out to install that right away. I appreciated that they acknowledged their mistake and offered to make it right without me having to even request it...that's good customer service! I would use them again in the future.

Tampa screens was prompt at providing an estimate and the workmen were polite and professional. The work was completed in three days and the owner of the company came out to examine the job as it was being completed. It looks great and I would highly recommend this company. The cost was very reasonable and highly competitive. Yes, I would use them again.

I called and they responded right away. We scheduled a time and day for them to come and two guys came out on time. They were polite and quick. I couldn't believe they were done so fast. They didn't leave a mess and never had to come into my home.

Pool screen enclosure was 20+ years old, very weathered with loose and tearing screens that did not meet current code standards. Old pool screen house gutters were not adequately carrying away water from roof run off.
Once we initiated a call to Tampa Screens and Aluminum their sales representative/appraiser promptly set up an estimate appointment. Just a day or two after accepting their offer the work supervisor for our project called to make an appointment to actually see the project job site. He went over the proposal specifications with us to make sure we were all on the same page for the scope of work to be done.
Come early on a Monday morning the work began. The two man team were at work by 6:30 AM for the demolition of the old enclosure. They completed the quietest demo I have every experienced! They worked diligently, efficiently, and effectively that entire day and they immediately disposed of all the old materials. Rains came and their work was held up for a short period. Once the weather cleared the team was back at work to complete the demo and clean up the work space. They were at work next morning early and worked until sundown each remaining work day. The enclosure, once completed, needed a small adjustment to one section of the enclosure gutter which the supervisor and the team worked to quickly rectify once it was brought to their attention. The project team also installed a new gutter on a portion of our roof that gets pummeled when the heavy rains come. This new gutter definitely helps keep water flow from running in under the roof overhang. Once finished the project team satisfactorily cleaned clean up the work area.
The salesman, project supervisor and workmen were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the scope of their work during each step in the removal and installation process, and they informed us the exact time they would begin the work each morning. The price was very competitive compared with other companies we contacted. The company's experience and good work record were factors in deciding to contract our work with them.
We would definitely use the company again based on the work they performed for us. And, we would definitely recommend Tampa Screens and Aluminum, Inc. to others for consideration to do work for them, too.

They first leveled the ground and poured the concrete, angling the patio extention away from the house, toward the natural grading of our property. They then put in the patio screen. They put up gutters around the screen as well. They contacted our HOA for approval for us and did all the permitting as well, which was included in the cost. It took a while for the permit to come back, but that was the county's fault. It took about a week to complete the whole project once started. They did a high quality job and we highly recommend them.

The company was recommended to us by Sample Homes. We called Tampa Screens once, spoke with a person, left the measurements and then didn't hear back. We called a few more times over a 2 month period without a response until finally persistence paid off and we got a call back. We remeasured the area, and they ended up giving us an approximate quote shortly thereafter. After working through a few more business issues we moved forward with a 50% deposit.

Because this was a small job, we knew that the actual scheduling was probably going to be a bit uncertain, but it worked out and they actually wanted to do the work a day earlier than I was available. To their credit, they rescheduled us without any issue. The person that they sent out was very professional, personable and worked quickly with no need of my assistance whatsoever. The job was basically framed one day, and then screen itself took one hour the next. The room looks great and we are really happy that we took this project on, especially since we have another 6-8 weeks before the weather gets warm. Even then, we will be able to use the room in the summer in the mornings and early evening because the 20/20 screen will keep most of the bugs out.

They quality of the screen enclosure was outstanding, but I wasn't impressed with the paving work. It was consistent and brought the quality of the overall job down.

Overall everything went well and finished product is nice durable screen. No complaints.

A builder friend recommended Tampa Screens and put me in touch with Richard Puls, whom he had worked with for many years. Richard came out promptly and worked with us on a design that met our concept and drew up aquote and a technical drawing. Once the permitting (HOA and then County) was completed and the custom windows and doors were fabricated, his teams came in and put up the walls and installed all the glass. The workmen were all professional and polite and they clearly knew what they were doing. Richard came daily to check on the work and to insure it met our needs. As is always the case in such projects we saw additional things we needed done (unexpected painting and interior finishings) which he was always able to accommodate at a reasonable price. The work went smoothly and on schedule and we are very pleased with the finished product. Richard was a pleasure to deal with- low-key, knowledgable and dependable. We would certainly work with him again and can highly recommend him.

The president Richard has been at the company for 30 years and his crew has been with him for 20 years. Everyone's option was listened to and it took a lot of creative thinking. The team really worked well together. If one little thing is wrong they do it over. They are very proud of the quality of work. They also have 2 florida licensed contractors on staff. I definitely recommend the no seam screen!

They were efficient and thorough, and did a great job. I liked everything about them. I really don’t have a comparative price to suggest but their price seemed like it was worth it. We had a little trouble getting our schedules together but it wasn’t just them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
