Tampa Locksmiths

I had scheduled tampa locksmiths to come out on a Saturday to rekey the lock to my new place.  The locksmith, I forgot his name, called me hours earlier than the scheduled time and told me that he was near my condo and asked if i could meet him earlier.  Even though it's less of a convenience to me I agreed to meet earlier than the scheduled time.  I met up with him and he gave me a quote that was WAY higher than the original estimate. My mom had called them a few days earlier and the person she spoke with, Ben, told her that it would cost aroud $67 dollars for the two locks that we wanted to rekey ($29 for the service fee and $19 dollars per lock).  However he told me that since my locks were harder to rekey than usual, the cost would be $180 dollars to rekey both locks!!  I should've known then that something was off b/c the difference between the original estimate and the price he gave me upon meeting me was way off!! However, i was naive and believed him and paid for his services since he already came out.  I later found out that i got ripped off since i called to get estimates from different locksmiths and told them the exact model of my locks and they gave me estimates around $15  dollars per lock and no one said anything about the model of the lock being harder to rekey than normal locks, i can't believe i bought that!! Please don't use this service, they totally ripped us off. My mom called to complain several times to their company and asked for a refund of the difference between the original estimate given and the actual price they asked for.  Don't trust this company please.  I don't want anyone else to be tricked like i was.
